A Douglas County man has agreed to dismiss a lawsuit against the county and election officials after the election board adopted a new policy. Douglasville resident Bundy Cobb in December filed a federal lawsuit saying his civil rights were violated when a poll worker asked him to remove his National Rifle Association hat when he went to vote.
