A new series of classes, designed to change patterns of thought and behavior, as well as impact recidivism, is underway at the DeKalb County Jail and Sheriff Jeff Mann said he is already seeing a great response from inmates. “Since we started the classes in April, we’ve had 180 women participate in the program and our female population is less than 300 inmates,” he said.
