In a news release, the Atlanta Food Truck Park & Market in Buckhead announced Thursday it will hold its inaugural beer tasting, Tastes and Brews, March 2 from 1 to 6 p.m.

This unique event returns with food samples from six food trucks paired with tastings from more than 100 domestic, imported and craft beers. A portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit Governor’s Glen Senior Support Services, which provides families of impairment and Alzheimer’s patients with financial assistance for adult day care, short-term care or full-time total care.

Event goers will have the opportunity to sample a wide array of food from Yumbii, Sweet Auburn Barbecue, WOW, Masala Fresh Indian Street Food, Happy Belly Curbside Kitchen and Gezzo’s Surf and Grille while enjoying beer pairings, wine and spirits.

The winner of the upcoming Tin Roof Cantina Acoustic Showdown and DJ Suspense will provide entertainment. Tickets are $45 in advance and admission includes a commemorative cup and program. Attendees must be 21 or older and proper identification is required.

The park and market is located at 1850 Howell Mill Road.
