District 52 State Rep. Joe Wilkinson, R-Sandy Springs, is among the five officials who have endorsed Beth Beskin’s campaign for the District 54 Georgia House seat in Tuesday’s primary election.

Beskin and three other Republican candidates – Loretta Lepore, John McCloskey and Angelic Moore – are vying for the post being vacated by incumbent Ed Lindsey, who is running for the District 11 U.S. House seat. District 54 includes part of Buckhead and all of historic Brookhaven.

Beskin said Wilkinson made a recorded call to voters on her behalf Friday. District 48 State Rep. Harry Geisinger, R-Roswell; Brookhaven Mayor J. Max Davis; Dunwoody Mayor Mike Davis and District 4 Sandy Springs City Councilman Gabriel Sterling also have endorsed Beskin, she said.
