Unsurprisingly, the junior forward has racked up multiple “player of the game” honors en route to steering the Lady Wolverines to the winner’s circle on several occasions this season.
Hickey has been making quite a good living down low, her presence affording teammates with opportunities to contribute and flourish alongside her in the post and backcourt. The Union Grove program will also reap the benefits as she and her mates seek to facilitate the transition to state playoff contender.
Considering the maturity of her game and consistent level of play, opposing players and coaches might find it quite scary to consider that Hickey’s upside is through the roof.
