The senior has maintained her level of consistency on the court this season at No. 2 singles for the Wildcats with a 7-4 record as of last Tuesday.
Just as important as her tennis performance is the leadership that she gives as one of the team’s co-captains, according to Westminster coach Scoot Dimon.
“She’s playing very steady and consistent tennis each match,” Dimon said. “She also gives the girls a great pep talk before every match and all the girls look to her to get their inspiration before they walk on the court. She’s a really sweet and very hard-working player and an excellent student as well.”
Corbin will not be continuing her tennis career on the college level as she moves on to Georgia Tech, where she will focus solely on academics
