Johns Creek Chamber hosts first expo 2012

The Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce, with presenting sponsor Fidelity Bank, will host the first Johns Creek Chamber Business Expo 2012 Oct. 4 from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Expo will be held at the Johns Creek Center for the Arts and Design, 10700 State Bridge Road, Johns Creek, near the intersection of State and Morton Roads.

The business expo is free to all and will showcase more than 60 businesses from the greater Johns Creek area.

Register at www.johnscreekchamber.com/events and attend the event to be entered in a $200 cash drawing.

Those who attend the expo will learn about new products and services to help business growth and establish new Johns Creek contacts that can lead to personal opportunities.

Educational offerings throughout the day will include an 11:30 a.m. session on Quickbooks, a 1 p.m. session on strategic planning, a 2:30 p.m. session on growth strategies and a 4 p.m. session on business funding/lending.

The expo will also offer a Business After Hours: Taste of the Chamber event beginning at 5 p.m. for a charge of $10 for members and $15 for guests.

The fee includes the Taste of the Chamber, two drink tickets, networking and numerous prize drawings.

The Taste of the Chamber will feature Qdoba Mexican Grill, Smokin Grill BBQ, Jet’s Pizza, Whole Foods and Grecian Gyro.
