Lovett’s Leslie Espenschied was among the seven players from Georgia who were selected to the U.S. Lacrosse All-America team.

This spring the senior led the Lions in goals (115), ground balls (96) and interceptions (75). She also had 24 assists and 125 draws controlled.

She was Lovett’s Most Valuable Player the last three years and was a team captain her junior and senior seasons.

Espenschied will now continue her lacrosse career on the college level at Richmond.
