Trophy Club of Atlanta, 1535 Hopewell Road in Milton will be the site for the All Kids Count Charity Golf Tournament on Oct. 2 with tee off at 10:30 a.m.
All proceeds benefit Roswell-based Foster Care Support, a non-profit organization dedi-cated to making a difference in the lives of Georgia’s displaced children.
In addition to a putting and hole-in-one contest, the tourna-ment will feature a silent auction and special guest speaker Tom Randall, the chaplain for the Senior PGA Tour.
Randall and his wife Karen have served in the Philippines on projects such as orphanages, Christian camps, building crews and basketball evangelism teams.
He will be in attendance all day, driving the course and visiting with the players as well as speaking at the awards ban-quet.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. The entry fee to participate is $125, which includes greens fees, cart and catered buffet.

Sports night for moms and sons
A Mother and Son Sports Night for boys ages 3 to 12 years old will be at the Alpha-retta Community Center on Sept. 28from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Everyone is asked to dress in favorite athletic team attire and be ready for a fun-filled, active evening.
City of Alpharetta Recreation and Parks Department Staff will lead participants in a variety of games and activities, to be followed by refreshments of pizza and drinks.
The cost per person is $10 for city residents and $15 for non-residents. Space is limited and pre-registration is required by Sept. 26.

Family movie at River-side
The PG-rated “Mirror, Mirror” is the next installment in Ros-well’s Outdoor Family Movie Series at Riverside Park on Saturday.
Bring a picnic along with lawn chairs and blankets, enjoy great music, play on the playground and then settle in for movie fun. Sponsored by Movies Under the Stars, the film begins at dark.

Divot stompin’ time
The 5th annual Polo for Park-inson’s is Sunday at Chukkar Farm and Polo Club, 1140 Lib-erty Grove Road, Alpharetta.
This event features an excit-ing day of polo in Atlanta's horse country. In addition to a rousing polo match, there will be music, food and concessions, a silent auction and a "Best Hat" con-test.
All proceeds from this fifth-annual fundraising event will go towards Parkinson's Disease awareness. Gates will open at 1 p.m. and the match begins at 2 p.m.
