The battlefield is at 4432 Mt. Tabor Church Road in Dallas. Cost is $8.
Pickett’s Mill was the scene of one of the few night battles during the Civil War. Visitors on these first-person guided tours will see a re-enactment of Brig. Gen. Hiram Granbury’s Brigade advance into the dark ravine and Capt. Thomas Key’s artillery bombardment.
