Taylor Road Middle School is collecting new socks, gently used or new coats and blankets for the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

TRMS will send the items to the Jon Bon Jovi Foundation for distribution through Covenant House in New Jersey. Drop off donations at the front office of TRMS by Nov. 30.

Emory Johns Creek has donated $250 to help pay the shipping costs of the items. The UPS Store on Jones Bridge at Douglas Road will box the donations for shipping.
