Three Alpharetta City Council seats up for election this fall

In the fall, the city of Alpharetta will hold an election for City Council posts 1, 2 and 3, which are currently held by Councilmen Donald Mitchell, Mike Kennedy and Chris Owens, respectively.

All three incumbents are eligible to run for their posts during the Nov. 5 election.

The qualifying period to run for any of these seats is Aug. 26 to 28, and the fee is $450.
