Residents started moving in in June and a grand opening event is planned for October.
Walton Westside is located directly behind the Westside Provisions District and just minutes from both midtown and downtown Atlanta. The community features 254 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes as well as access to premier amenities. Residents have the option of 14 open floor plans, with oversized windows that accentuate the city skyline views.

Amenities will include the Westside Sky Deck, a 2,000-square-foot rooftop sky terrace; a resort-style swimming pool that has a tanning ledge, fire pit and grilling pavilions and a community room with Wi-Fi access. Featuring a state-of-the-art, multi-room fitness center, complimentary electric car charging stations, an outdoor pet run and a self-service pet wash, the community accommodates a variety of desires. Walton Westside will also house the second Atlanta outpost of one of the city’s top coffee shops, Chattahoochee Coffee Co., serving Counter Culture Coffee.
Jennifer Walker of Brave Public Relations, speaking on behalf of Walton Communities, said the developer did not use any bonds from the Development Authority of Fulton County or Invest Atlanta, the city’s development arm, in financing the project, whose price Walton did disclose.
