"Looking Toward the Future" Transition Fair, sponsored by Cobb-Marietta-Douglas Interagency Transition Council, will be held on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012 – 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Marietta High School (1171 Whitlock Ave, Marietta) Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. This is a free information-packed event designed to help families and teachers learn about opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Over thirty vendors are expected to participate in the conference. Experts will be speaking and sharing information on Financial Planning, Benefits Navigator and Social Security Benefits, Vocational Rehabilitation Services, Respite Care, Medicaid Waivers, and many other transition-related services.
