Rose Brooke Estates, located in White offers 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes with standard features most would consider a luxury.

Located within 10 minutes of both Lake Alatoona and Interstate 75, Rose Brooke is a unique community that offers the best of both worlds.

Whether in search of a boat ramp or fine dining, both are within easy reach.

“It’s just a good central loca-tion,” said Asher Realty broker Dan Clark. “The real benefit is the large wooded lots and the location. Even though there is plenty of privacy, its convenient location puts you within easy access to the interstate.”

Each home in the community, which upon completion will have 49 lots, has a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, crown molding and a screened in porch.

Other features of the homes include hardwood floors, a full basement, tile bathrooms, garden tubs, custom cherry cabinets and granite countertops.

Real estate developer Christo-pher Daniel started building Rose Brooke in November of 2007 with the plan of creating a community with a “big, home country feel-ing” but convenience to local shops and entertainment.

“This is the best of all worlds here,” Daniel said. “Price and quality is what I’m building.”

Children living in Rose Brooke would attend either White Ele-mentary School or Cass Middle or High School and the community is located near both Cartersville and Canton.

Clark said that though the housing market is not as strong as it was a year ago, the time to buy a home is now.

“The housing industry has been a roller coaster,” Clark said. “It rises and falls with the econ-omy, which is not something that’s uncommon. If you’re con-templating buying a house within the next two years, now is the time.”

Clark said that finding financ-ing for a new home in Rose Brooke Estates is the first step and since only 10 percent the loans issued in Bartow County in 2007 went into default.

“We’re not like the stock mar-ket,” Clark said. “It’s only a small percentage based on the homes in Bartow County.”
