The upscale eatery will host a party from 6:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. It is open to the public and will include appearances by former employees.
“We’re going to have a competition between past bartenders and current bartenders throughout the night,” said Jennifer Herzberg, a spokeswoman for CentraArchy Restaurant Management Co., which owns the Tavern at Phipps and other restaurants, including Lenox Square Grill and New York Prime, both in Buckhead.
Herzberg said some of the Tavern’s employees have been with the eatery since it opened.
“We’re pretty excited,” she said of the anniversary and party. “It’s a milestone for us. There are not a ton of restaurants in Atlanta that have been around that long. It’s something to be proud of for sure.”
The Tavern is located at 3500 Peachtree Road.
