Jones elected to Decatur school board

Lewis Jones received 52 percent of the vote against his opponent Mark Arnold (48 percent) to gain the District 1, Post A seat on the school board for the City Schools of Decatur.

In the Decatur races, all incumbents - Fred Boykin, Patricia Garrett, Bernadette Jackson Seals kept their seats. Also, Annie Caiola ran unopposed for the City Schools of Decatur school board at large seat.
