Electric co-ops working to restore power; Douglas, Paulding outages drop to 350

UPDATED, 9:30 p.m.:

GreyStone Power and Carroll EMC crews were working to restore electric service tonight after outages were caused by the ice storm, with about 300 GreyStone customers in Douglas County, and 43 GreyStone and 15 Carroll EMC customers in Paulding County.

About 1,400 outages remain in GreyStone's service area and 1,300 in Carroll's area, the cooperatives reported today.
