Monitoring reports occurring in Buckhead since the start of 2014, there appear to be 11 of record, including instances of mostly armed pedestrian robbery. The onslaught of pedestrian robberies — committed mostly at residences — has not fit any mold.
The coalition has found success in the past with its major reward program in crime reduction, once paying out $50,000, the largest reward ever paid in Georgia.
Other individuals or entities can contribute to this reward fund. Anyone with information about any of the crimes committed in Buckhead in January and/or February should report it to the police at (404) 848-7231.
