IHOP restaurant Tuesday is celebrating its ninth annual National Pancake Day by giving away free pancakes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and asking for donations to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Shriners Hospitals for Children, including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
