They were transported to the Fulton County Jail.
o BAD BOYFRIEND: At a residence at 2 Scotland Place in Buckhead March 27, the victim and her boyfriend had been drinking and were in a verbal argument earlier that evening. The victim went to her bedroom and locked the door. When the suspect pushed his way into the room, the victim reached for mace that was by her bed and the suspect grabbed it and sprayed her with it. The suspect got dressed and left and the female was found lying outside in a fetal position. The victim later noticed her iPhone, keys and garage door opener were missing. The victim refused to write a victim statement and said she did not want to press charges. The following day, she came to the precinct and changed her mind. The suspect tried to re-enter the residence but the victim blocked the door with a chair. The suspect left the victim’s iPhone, home keys and garage door opener.
o UNINVITED GUEST: At the Barcelona Condos at 395 Pharr Road in Buckhead March 26, the victim was showing a vacant unit to a friend and noticed in the bedroom an air mattress that did not belong to her, got scared and left. When she returned, she noticed three light fixtures, a ceiling fan and a wine cooler were missing. There were no signs of forced entry.
o FRIEND BECOMES FOE: At an apartment at 2572 Lenox Road in Buckhead March 25, the victim let an acquaintance named John into his apartment when he asked for something to drink. John asked to use the bathroom but was not followed to see which room he entered. After John left, the victim went into his bedroom and found the jeans he wore earlier, on the floor with $440 missing from the back pocket. The victim counted his money earlier while at the Waffle House on Cheshire Bridge Road. John was there when the victim counted his money, he said. The suspect is listed as a white male, 6 feet, 2 inches tall with a slim build wearing all black clothing.
The names and charges above are from area arrest warrants and crime reports. A warrant is merely an accusation of a crime and accused people are innocent until proven guilty.
