Christine Anna Jeong, a sixth grader from River Trail Middle School, could soon have her art on the Google homepage for hundreds of millions to see.

Last week Google announced the 50 state winners in its contest to redesign the Google logo, inspired by the theme 'If I could invent one thing to make the world a better place...'

Christine presented 'The Galactic Express,' which 'allows people to explore the world and will help scientists to solve the biggest mysteries of outer space.'

Voting for favorite doodle will be open through May 9 at www.google.com/doodle4google/vote.html

Christine's entry can be found at: www.google.com/doodle4google/vote.html#d=d3-5
