Harvester baseball clinic

Harvester Christian Academy will host its baseball clinic Friday and Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. each day. The clinic will be run by new head coach Dave Williams who has 13 years of professional baseball experience as a player. Registration is open to boys ages 5 to 12. Cost is $60 per person by June 19, $75 on the day of clinic.

Junior Tigers Football Camp

Douglas County High School will host its Junior Tigers Football Camp Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration is open to campers ages 5 to 14. Cost is $20 per camper and includes a free T-shirt along with lunch.

Alexander Tennis Camp

Alexander High School will hold its tennis camp June 23 to 26.

Registration is open to boys and girls in first through eighth grades.

Each session will run from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Fee is $60 before June 20 and $75 on the day of camp.

Chapel Hill Soccer Camp

The Douglas County-Chapel Hill Camp will be hosted at Douglas County High School July 7 to 11.

Registration is open to boys and girls ages 6 through 13.

Each session will run from 9 a.m. to noon.

Cost is $50 per camper which includes a free T-shirt on entries by June 23.

Alexander Professional Wrestling Event

BMA Pro Wrestling will present MADD Bash 2014 at Alexander High School July 18 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Wrestlers scheduled to appear include the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express, Teddy Long, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Mr. Curtis Hughes, Corporal Punishment and more.

The event is a fundraiser for Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Cost is $15 per person. Proceeds will go to MADD and Alexander High School.
