East Point resident Deb Cole will be performing at the Highland Inn Ballroom Lounge, 644 N. Highland Ave. in the Virginia Highland area Saturday at 8:30 p.m.

Born on April Fool’s Day, the Georgia native and former Fulton County School System teacher-turned-comedienne covers topics like co-parenting, self-employment, online dating, school, politics, divorce, gentrification, motherhood and life as a comic. 

She produced and hosted “Comedy Rocket” at the Ansley Park Playhouse in Midtown and the “Funny Fridays” series at the Aurora Theatre in Lawrenceville.

Cole has performed at the Improv in Buckhead, Kats Café and the Laughing Skull Lounge in Midtown, the Star Bar in Little Five Points, in New York, Baton Rouge, La., and Asheville, N.C., and at fundraisers for Pets are Loving Support and the Georgia Libertarian Party.

Also featured on the show will be Neal Reddy, Paul Gallois and Dulce Sloan.
